Our strategy is primarily centered on making fully devoted followers of Christ that with effectively influence those around them. Our approach is to create leaders that lead with a heart for God and His word. Since we are a cell church at the foundation of our structure we believe if there is a person biblically influencing others they can lead a cell group/small group. One of our primary goals is to always be creating leaders and workers to go into the harvest. Jesus identified a problem that still lingers today, "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few” (Matthew 9:37). Our strategy is to create workers that will see the city of Buda and the surrounding region changed, and go into all the world with the gospel of Christ.
Our Current Strategy:
We are currently using a 9-Week book called One-to-One Discipleship that leads a persons through the basics of Christianity. We will also be using tools like SHAPE to identify giftings and the DISC test to identify personalities. More than anything these tests help each person realize their strengths and weaknesses.
In the first six months of the church we are working hard to develop our core team. The core team will be the team that launches the church on February 4, 2007 (Super Bowl Sunday). John and Audrey Church will be sowing weekly into the core team as we prepare to launch the church.

As we launch Generations Church in February of 2007 we will also begin to launch this process of developing fully devoted followers of Christ. We believe that making disciples and equipping them to lead is the work of the ministry.
